We're a Peruvian food truck in a food truck lot on Sawdust Road in Spring. Pull up, order at the window and eat at the tables next to the truck.
At the window
The owner is right there at the window, and orders come out quick and hot.
The empanadas and lomo saltado
A guest visiting from Oregon, who always looks for Peruvian food, called our beef empanadas, lomo saltado and alfajores "traditional Peruvian food."
Stay and eat
If you can, eat here. The covered seating is roomy, and the food looks even better on the plate than in a takeout box.
